Existing electrostatic attraction of calcium and magnesium ions in water are impacted and destroyed by  resonance force emitted by the device. Each ion creates a new resonance of the same direction where it is received.  This causes changes in the condition of crystallization turning all  precipitations into substances with a loose structure and hard water limes that stick to heated surface no longer be generated.
